Data Processing Information Notice Regarding Societal Participation in the Preparation of Laws According to Act CXXXI of 2010
1. Identification of the Data Controller and Concepts of Personal Data and Data Subject
The Data Controller is the legal entity that independently or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing. In connection with this notice, the Data Controller is:

For the purposes of this notice, personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the Data Subject). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, number, identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

3. Legal Basis for the Data Controller's Data Processing
Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which states that the processing of personal data is permissible if it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller.
The terms and definitions used in this data processing information notice are in accordance with those defined in the GDPR and in Infotv.
4. Transmission of Personal Data to Third Countries or International Organizations
The Data Controller does not transmit personal data to third countries or international organizations.
5. Purpose and Duration of Data Processing
Personal data, including names and email addresses, are processed for confirming submissions, preparing summaries, and publishing lists of respondents, as required by Act CXXXI of 2010, for up to one and a half years following the enactment of the consulted law.
The Data Controller shall process the personal data for a maximum period of one and a half years from the entry into force of the legislation being consulted.
The Data Controller processes the personal data in electronic form.
6. Data Security Measures
The Data Controller undertakes to implement the technical and organizational measures and to establish procedural rules that ensure the security of the personal data it manages, and prevent their unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, as well as unauthorized data access or data processing.
The Data Controller's information technology systems used during data processing and the data processing procedures related to them comply with the requirements of Article 32 of the GDPR.
7. Rights and Entitlements of the Data Subject
The Data Subject has the right to request information from the Service Provider about the processing of their personal data, and may request the correction, deletion, or restriction of their personal data processing. The Data Subject has the right to object to the processing of their personal data and has the right to request data portability.
.In accordance with Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the Data Subject is entitled to request information from the Data Controller in relation to the Services. The Data Subject has the right to access their personal data processed by the Data Controller and to request a copy of their personal data during processing.
The Data Subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data, including processing according to Article 6(1)(f) and (1)(g) of the GDPR related to the purpose of data processing, as well as objection to processing under Article 9(2) of the GDPR.
The Data Subject may exercise their right to object to data processing through the governmental [Data Protection Department] or in writing at the addresses specified by law, or by email via info@am.gov.hu.
The Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority under Article 77 of the GDPR.
The Data Subject is entitled to seek legal remedy from the governmental [Data Protection Department]. The Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of any request or complaint without delay, but within 30 days at the latest.
8. Detailed Description of Data Processing
The Data Controller processes the data related to the received opinions, namely the name of the commentator, email address, observations, and opinions, for the purpose of preparing and publishing legislation.
The data of the Data Subjects are processed by the processing organizational units of the Hungarian Soil Improvement Association, exclusively for the purpose of data processing, in accordance with the legislative requirements related to the received opinions. The personal data remain confidential and intact due to the data protection measures provided by the Data Controller.
This notice was prepared in accordance with the provisions of Act CXXXI of 2010 and is available to the Data Subjects at the office of the Hungarian Soil Improvement Association, as well as on the website of the Hungarian Soil Improvement Association (www.talajjavitoszovetseg.hu)
